Joe Cannon

Joe is a 35 year veteran of the Seattle / Eastside commercial real estate market. His current focus is on tenant representation, investment and user sales and real estate related estate planning. He represents users who are searching to lease or purchase commercial properties as well as owners who engage his services to sell and sometimes lease their real estate

His resume includes a distinguished record of managing offices properties. Prior to founding Cannon Real Estate Services (now Cannon Commercial), Joe leased and managed the 29 story 520 Pike Tower and other properties for Spieker Partners. Joe first entered the commercial real estate industry as a leasing agent for Cushman & Wakefield in 1982.

Joe has an impressive network of professional contacts in the region fed by his 35 years in the business and having lived in Seattle his entire life. Joe's unique background in property management and leasing, coupled with his personal experience as a commercial real estate investor, provide uncommon insight when representing his clients during negotiations.

Rich Cannon

Rich has been active in the Seattle real estate market for 41 years as an investor, property manager and broker, primarily in commercial properties. Rich specializes in investment, owner-user, development sites and multi-family properties. He also provides leasing services to Owners and Tenants. Rich focuses on the entire Seattle market and is particularly active with in-city neighborhood sub-markets. When working with Rich you will be assured of his personal attention, integrity and enthusiasm.

Natalie Coan

Natalie has managed administrative activities for Cannon Commercial for over 20 years. Her deep familiarity with the climate and pace of commercial real estate in Seattle ensure that all transactions are handled quickly and to the best interest of Cannon clients.

Chris Giles

Chris Giles joined Cannon Commercial in 2012 specializing in investment sales throughout the Puget Sound.  He is experienced in representing both buyers and sellers in a variety of asset types.

A true deal junky, he researches dozens of listings and sales comps daily to stay on top of the market and identify emerging trends and opportunities for his clients.

Having started out at a large national firm, Chris truly values the collaborative environment at Cannon Commercial where he is surrounded by self-motivated individuals that work together to best serve our clients.

Matt Herron

Matt joined Cannon Commercial in 2006 after completing his undergraduate degree in Economics at the University of Washington. Over the course of his 11 year real estate career, he has worked on a variety of sales and leasing transactions representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in core Seattle neighborhoods.

In 2009 he purchased his first property with a group of local investors and began to cultivate his passion for real estate development. In 2013 he founded 47 North Development upon the completion of his first ground up construction project in Eastlake.

Matt enjoys the dynamic culture a small experienced firm such as Cannon Commercial provides. He brings a unique understanding to the various elements an owner should consider when determining how to maximize the value of their real estate investment property.

Chris Hewitt

Chris specializes in commercial sales and leasing with an emphasis on specific neighborhoods in and around Seattle.  He has accumulated valuable skills through his experiences as an investor and advisor with Cannon Commercial.  He provides clients with short term and long term strategic planning to achieve their real estate and business goals.  He has a proven track record in investment sales, landlord representation and tenant representation. 
Chris graduated with a double major at Washington State University with a BA in Business Management and a BA in Human Resource Management.  Shortly after graduating, Chris started his career in business-to-business sales where he was a top sales producer.  His experience provided him with the skill sets and ingenuity to achieve success in the commercial real estate industry.        
As an active member of his community, Chris is associated with various charitable and fund raising events throughout the year.  This will be his 7th year as a team captain for The Big Climb which benefits the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  He is also a committee member in NAIOP (National Association of Office and Industrial Properties), holds a position on the Leadership Committee with the West Seattle BNI Chapter and is a member of the West Seattle Chamber of Commerce.  Chris is also a candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

Gloria Touch

Gloria has spent the past 9+ years representing clients in marketing strategy, leasing/sales and expansion efforts. Gloria specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing in the Seattle metro area. In addition, she oversees direct marketing support to assist development, implementation and final execution of strategies for marketing a company’s portfolio.
While earning her business degree with a dual emphasis in management and marketing at Western Washington University Washington, Gloria worked as an intern at Commercial Development and Consulting where she discovered her passion in the commercial real estate industry. Gloria obtained her managing broker’s real estate license in 2013. Utilizing her business and creative mentality, combined with her real estate experience, Gloria has great understanding of the dynamic world of commercial real estate.
